The Roosevelt High School Band program is dedicated to providing a variety of musical opportunities for all of their students and allowing them the chance to reach their highest possible level of excellence. Our emphasis is the development & growth of each individual student, which includes character-building, commitment, cooperation, dependability, determination, discipline, leadership, punctuality, respect, responsibility, and service to community.
The band will be holding their annual Car Wash Fundraiser on Saturday, June 2 from 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Click Here for more information.

Congratulations to the Roosevelt band participants in 2012 SDHSAA Instrumental Solo/Ensembles Contest that were held at Augustana College on Tuesday, January 31st.
Roosevelt had 68 events qualify to perform: 42 of these events earned the top ranking of Superior, and 21 received the second highest ranking of Excellent.
Nine events had near perfect scores, missing by only 1 point:
