9.30.08 - Attention Festival of Bands Volunteers:
Thank-You for helping RHS Band once again for this fundraising event. We appreciate
your experience and willingness to help make this year another success for Festival
of Bands.
Your scheduled time is 12:30pm to 6:00pm
on Saturday, October 4th, 2008.
You will have student volunteer(s) assigned to help you with your duties, especially
marking band members’ hands for entry into the stadium at USF and HWF.
Designated volunteer parking will be at the Sanford Power Sports “bubble”.
You access this parking lot through the main lot of USF stadium. The Volunteer
Check-In Desk is at the SW corner of the stadium next to the box office. Your
check in time is 12:30pm on Saturday. Band Marshals will be provided a green
mesh vest to designate you as a band marshal and a name tage. All other adult
volunteers will obtain a orange mesh vest from their Washington counterpart,
when you take over their position.
There will be golf carts driven by Festival of Bands directors available to transport
you to Sioux
Falls Christian School, if needed.
